Mississippi NewsTippah County News Tippah soldiers part of first ever guard unit commanding Middle East post July 17, 2018 Jon Ross Myers The 155th Brigade Combat Team, based in Tupelo and consisting of several Tippah County soldiers, has assumed command of Camp Buehring in Kuwait. The soldiers mobilized in March and began arriving overseas last month. This is the first time a national guard unit has commanded this post.
