Ripley Park not to reopen on Thursday with expiration of Governors ban, no decision yet on Little League

The Ripley Park will not reopen on Thursday after Governor Tate Reeves ended the ban on parks and other recreational spaces. No decision has been made as of yet for Little League.

The announcement came via Facebook:

The decision has been made to keep park closed til June 1st. (No practices, playground, pavilion or batting cages)

WALKING TRACK IS STILL AVAILABLE TO USE

We are still hopeful to have little league but as of now a decision will not be made until June 1st.

We will update when we know more.
