Brian Hadad and Robbie Faulk said Mississippi State baseball faces a significant step up in competition this week that could test coach Brian O’Connor’s squad.
Hadad and Faulk said the team has enjoyed a smooth start to the season but that the schedule turns more challenging beginning this week.
The pair said they take a look at what’s to come for O’Connor’s Diamond Dawgs and questioned whether the roster is ready for the higher level of opposition.
Hadad and Faulk said they will monitor how Mississippi State responds to the tougher slate and will outline areas to watch as the week progresses.
