Mississippi State’s early success in college baseball stems from its mental approach, not only the talent on the roster, writer Brian Hadad said.
Hadad wrote that while Mississippi State has one of the most talented rosters in college baseball, that talent alone is not the key to the team’s early results.
He said the mental portion of the game has given the Diamond Dawgs an edge under Brian O’Connor.
Hadad’s analysis frames the team’s emphasis on mentality as the difference maker in its early-season performance, he wrote.
