Mississippi State and Vanderbilt, two of the Southeastern Conference’s top-hitting teams, will meet this weekend at Dudy Noble Field in a series that Brian Hadad and Robbie Faulk said could produce a lot of offense.
Hadad and Faulk, in their weekly preview, highlighted the teams’ potent lineups and suggested the matchup could be a showcase for run-scoring, according to their analysis.
The writers previewed the week’s two series between the Mississippi State Bulldogs and the Vanderbilt Commodores and said fans should expect batting fireworks when the clubs square off.
Hadad and Faulk emphasized the hitting strength on both sides but did not provide specific statistical projections in their preview.
