The Advocate’s Koki Riley previews LSU’s high-stakes season amid Lane Kiffin arrival

LSU enters the season with more preseason hype and intrigue than any team in the country, The Advocate’s Koki Riley told T&L columnist Brian Hadad.

Riley said the arrival of Lane Kiffin has intensified expectations and raised the central question of whether the change can propel the Tigers into the College Football Playoff.

Riley also noted the makeup of the roster, which has been described as college football’s most expensive, and discussed how that investment could affect depth and performance, according to Hadad.
