Writers Ask Why Mississippi State Fans Underappreciate Josh Hubbard

Josh Hubbard has made three-pointers and scored consistently since arriving at Mississippi State, but some fans have not given him full credit, writers Brian Hadad and Robbie Faulk said.

Hadad and Faulk described Hubbard as a sharpshooter and questioned why the maroon-and-white faithful do not hold him in higher esteem, according to their column.

The question was raised in a piece titled “Thunder & Lightning: Is Josh Hubbard Mississippi State’s Most Unappreciated Superstar?”, in which the writers examined the gap between Hubbard’s on-court production and fan recognition, the column said.

Hadad and Faulk outlined the apparent disconnect and asked readers to consider reasons for it, the writers wrote.
