Former Israeli ambassador doubts Iran conflict will extend six more months
Gilad Erdan, a former Israeli ambassador to the United Nations, expressed doubt Wednesday that the ongoing conflict between the United States, Israel, and Iran will extend for another six months.
Erdan said that from Israel’s perspective, removing the threat posed by Iran is a priority. He noted that Iran represents an existential threat to Israel and that efforts to address this danger are justified, even if they take additional time.
He did not specify the timing of any potential resolution but emphasized the importance of resolving the threat to ensure regional security, according to his comments.
