Raiders trade Maxx Crosby to Ravens for two first-round picks
The Las Vegas Raiders traded five-time Pro Bowl edge rusher Maxx Crosby to the Baltimore Ravens for two first-round draft picks, including the No. 14 overall pick in next month’s NFL draft, according to multiple reports.
Crosby, 28, had 10 sacks last season and has reached double-digit sacks four times in seven NFL seasons, the reports said.
The Raiders have not reached the playoffs since 2021 and have gone 7-27 over the past two seasons, according to team records. The club holds the No. 1 pick in the 2026 draft, which some draft projections list as a likely selection for Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza, the reports said.
The move comes as the Ravens enter a new era. Baltimore fired longtime head coach John Harbaugh and replaced him with former Los Angeles Chargers defensive coordinator Jesse Minter, the reports said.
The Associated Press contributed to this report.
