Senate GOP says Trump signals shift toward DHS funding deal

Senate Republicans said President Donald Trump signaled he may be willing to accept a potential deal to fund the Department of Homeland Security following a White House meeting Monday night, according to the GOP.

Senate Republicans conveyed the assessment after the meeting, but provided no further details on any possible terms or next steps, the GOP said.
