The U.S. Commission of Fine Arts voted to clear the way for the U.S. Mint to begin producing a commemorative gold coin featuring President Donald Trump, the commission said.
The commission said the coin’s size and denomination are still under discussion.
The vote clears a procedural hurdle that allows the U.S. Mint to move forward, the commission said.
