New Judge Appointed in Oxford

Marc Boutwell has been appointed as the new part-time Oxford Municipal Judge in Oxford, Mississippi. In this role, Boutwell will support Judge Watts by presiding over court sessions and addressing after-hours judicial needs during Judge Watts’s absence.
