City of Ripley announces date for 4th of July Fireworks 2025
RIPLEY, Miss. — The City of Ripley has officially announced plans to hold its annual Independence Day fireworks celebration on Friday, June 27, continuing a long-standing tradition that draws hundreds of residents and visitors each year.
The fireworks show is scheduled to begin at 9:30 p.m. and will take place in the area adjacent to the Ripley High School baseball and softball fields. City officials encourage families to arrive early to secure good viewing spots and enjoy the festive atmosphere.
The event is free to attend, and spectators are welcome to bring lawn chairs, blankets, and picnic items. Parking will be available around the school campus, with local authorities on hand to assist with traffic and crowd management.
