Beloved Memphis Wrestler Passes Away

Sycho Sid, a beloved Memphis wrestler has passed away at age 63 after a long battle with cancer.

Also known as Sid Justice and Sid Vicious, began wrestling in 1987 and became a legendary figure in the WCW with Danny Spivey as The Skyscarpers. He later became a part of The Four Horsemen and subsequently entered the WWF where he came face to face in WrestleMania VIII where his match with Hulk Hogan was the main event. He claimed WWF Chapion twice, and also was the WCW World Heavyweight Champion twice.

His son posted the sad news in a Facebook post:

“In Memory of My Father, Sid EudyDear friends and family,I am deeply saddened to share that my father, Sid Eudy, has passed away after battling cancer for several years. He was a man of strength, kindness, and love, and his presence will be greatly missed.We appreciate your thoughts and prayers as we grieve this loss.
