Montgomery, Ala. — Lucia Rodriguez Garcia, a sophomore at Blue Mountain Christian College, was named the Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC) Women’s Tennis Player of the Week.
Garcia received the honor after a dominant performance in the Toppers’ season-opening match against Millsaps College, according to the SSAC.
The award recognizes her impressive play and contribution to her team’s performance in the season debut.
