Falkner Heritage group’s 2nd annual “Founders Day” is this Friday-Saturday
The Falkner Heritage group will hold their second annual Founder’s Day event this Friday and Saturday. Last years event was a great success and they are expanding the festivities this year.
This comes on the heels of the ribbon cutting for the flag pole, the war memorial, the old Cooper Hill School House, as well as the Grove Gazebo last month.
The event will be held in the park in Falkner and feature several food vendors, arts & crafts activities, as well as yard sale booths.
The MissOssippi Band with Stanley Rolfe will be performing for entertainment along with line dancers and the Tippah Dulcimer Guild.
Come out Friday and Saturday starting at 9 AM for food, contests and prizes, games, and more.
