My Choices to Host “Families for Life” Event in Ripley

RIPLEY, Miss. – My Choices Pregnancy Help Clinic is inviting the community to come together for its annual Families for Life event on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at the Smith Sportsplex in Ripley. The family-friendly gathering will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at 34 Smith Park Drive (Hwy. 4 West).

Walk for Life Highlights

A central part of the event is the Walk for Life, a one-mile walk open to all ages. The walk will begin at 11 a.m., with the option to participate virtually as well. There is no charge to join, and the event will take place rain or shine. Participants who give a suggested donation of $15 will receive a commemorative T-shirt. To guarantee shirt sizes, pre-registration is encouraged by September 5.

Family Fun and Activities

In addition to the walk, families can enjoy a day filled with free activities. Complimentary treats include sno cones and popcorn, and children can enjoy bouncy houses and other attractions.

Food and Fellowship

For those wanting a meal, Cravin’ Catfish Food Truck will be on site, serving catfish or chicken lunch plates for $12.

Attendees can pre-register by scanning the QR code found on event materials, by visiting the My Choices office at 109 Bails Road in Ripley (open Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.), or by registering at The Peoples Bank.
