Ripley Christmas Parade 2025 Winners Announced in Tippah County

On December 2, 2025, the city of Ripley in Tippah County, Mississippi, hosted its annual Christmas parade, which was celebrated as a festive highlight of the holiday season. According to Local Source, the event drew a large crowd downtown, with participants showcasing holiday decorations, floats, and creative displays that reflected the community’s holiday spirit.

The parade’s winners were announced during the event, recognizing outstanding entries across various categories. In the business category, Chickasaw Equipment Company took first place, followed by Animal Clinic of Tippah County in second. For church entries, St. Matthew Catholic Church earned top honors, with Upper Room Ministries placing second. The youth division was won by Girl Scout Troop 20109.

Additional awards included Best Overall, awarded to Tom Davis; Most Creative, given to TCI; and Director’s Choice, selected by parade officials for North Mississippi Primary Healthcare.

In the automobile category, George Nelson was awarded first for his 1929 Ford Model A Roadster, while Brayden Kirkman’s 1982 Chevrolet K10 Custom Deluxe earned second place. Special thanks were extended to People’s Bank for sponsoring the cash prizes, helping make this holiday celebration even more memorable.

Community members are encouraged to participate in future events and continue the holiday cheer in Ripley. The parade not only celebrates Christmas but also fosters community pride and togetherness. Additional details were not immediately available.
