Spirit of Ripley Festival & Chili Cookoff Set for October 31
RIPLEY, Miss. – Downtown Ripley will come alive this Halloween with the annual Spirit of Ripley Festival & Chili Cookoff, presented by Ripley Main Street. The event is set for Friday, October 31, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in Historic Downtown Ripley.
Organizers say families can expect an evening filled with seasonal fun, food, and community spirit. Highlights of the festival include:
- 🎃 Trunk or Treat for kids of all ages
- 🍬 Spirit Booths hosted by local groups
- 🎭 Costume Contest with prizes for the best looks
- 🎶 Pep Rally and live entertainment
- 🌶️ Chili Cookoff & Chili Booths, where guests can sample and vote
- 🎈 Kids Zone with activities and games
Ripley Main Street encourages families across Tippah County and beyond to mark their calendars and join the festivities.
