Most area schools dismissing early due to weather, we will update this list

Several area schools are dismissing school early due to inclement weather and falling temperatures today. 

below are a list of schools confirmed closing:

South Tippah:

We will be dismissing today at 1:00 because of weather.

North Tippah:

North Tippah Schools will release at 1 PM today due to weather concerns. No after school activities will take place.

Benton County:

Benton County Schools will dismiss at 1pm. All after school practices and activities are cancelled.

First Baptist in Ripley cancelling services:

FBC Wednesday Night Services and Activities are cancelled due to inclement weather. Please help pass along the word.
