Ripley Main Street Award winners announced

The Ripley Main street award winners have been announced, with a mix of local businesses, civic organizations and local leaders set to be honored.

The Main Street will will have an awards social next Tuesday, February 25th to honor the award recipients.

The winners are as follows:

• Volunteer of the Year: Patti Duncan
• Philantropy: Gerald Crabb
• Leadership: Joyce Graddy
• Civic Award: Tippah County Animal Rescue
• Community Service: Civitan
• Downtown Investment: JC Media
• Downtown Improvement: Sean Akins
• Historic Preservation: Kelly Bullock
• Spirit of Ripley: Sandra Love
• Downtown Window Display: Moxie
• Innovation; RIpJax
• Cornerstone: Biscuit’s
• Community Investment: Coombs Gas
• Ripley Main Street Memorial: Alex Rayburn

There will be a reception next Tuesday with King cake and a social hour at the Ripley Main Street Office starting at 6 pm.
