May First Monday
We will be OPEN for the May Market.
Due to the outside, open air nature of First Monday Trade Day, we will be open May 2nd and 3rd. Our market is large enough that social distance can be maintained as suggested in the guidelines concerning mass gatherings.
We urge everyone to follow the guidelines recommended by the CDC to limit the exposure of germs to yourself and to others as well. Please visit coronavirus.gov for information to keep you and yours safe.
Boost your immune system, get lots of Fresh air and plenty of exercise.
Avoid close contact with people you don’t know. (social distance 6 ft)
Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
Stay home if you are sick, except to get medical care.
Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze or use the inside of your elbow.
Throw used tissues in the trash.
Immediately wash your hands
We will have our staff disinfect the public spaces as often as possible. We will instruct our food vendors to disinfect their common areas. We want everyone to be as careful as possible.
We also know that life goes on and First Monday is an essential source of goods and products that are not always readily available to your local community.
