Brandon Windham of Booneville received the Barbara & Ken Shackelford Endowment Scholarship, the NEMCC Foundation said.
The foundation said scholarships such as the Barbara & Ken Shackelford Endowment are donated to the college to help students further their education.
The foundation said the scholarship application for the 2026-27 academic year is open and will close March 15. To apply, the foundation directed applicants to https://nemcc.awardspring.com.
