Enrollment is open for aerospace technician classes at Northeast Mississippi Community College’s Corinth Center, the school said. NEMCC said the course is a required first step for employment at Northrop Grumman.
Classes will be held at the NEMCC Corinth Center, 2759 South Harper Road, Corinth, Mississippi 38834, on two schedules: March 23-April 9 and April 20-May 7, NEMCC said. Sessions run either noon to 4 p.m. or 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
NEMCC said there is no cost to participants for the course. The college described the program as a first step toward a career in aerospace and toward qualifying for work with Northrop Grumman.
