Gavin Burt, Garrett Oglesby named New Century Farmers by National FFA

Gavin Burt and Garrett Oglesby were selected as New Century Farmers by the National FFA Organization, the group announced. The organization said the two students were chosen from applicants across the country.

The selections will send Burt and Oglesby to Indianapolis this summer for a weeklong program. The National FFA Organization said the experience will let participants explore cutting-edge agriculture and network with industry leaders.

A statement announcing the selections invited supporters to congratulate the students on the recognition, the announcement said.
