NEMCC Hosts Free Night of Baseball for Children with Barriers

North East Mississippi Community College (NEMCC) is hosting an event called the Exceptional Night of Baseball on March 16 at 5:30 p.m. The event will take place at The Plex, and admission is free, according to organizers.

The event aims to provide children with physical or mental barriers an opportunity to participate in baseball. Each child will be paired with an NEMCC athlete to ensure a fun and supportive experience, organizers said.

Participants, volunteers, and donors can find registration and contribution links on the event’s page. The deadline for child registration is Feb. 20, organizers added.
