The 27th Hines Farm Hopewell St. Jude Benefit Trail Ride brings together trail riding, live music, food, and fundraising for St. Jude.

Weekend schedule

Friday, October 2: Gates open at noon; 2 Ring Circus, 5–6:30 p.m.; cowboy dinner provided at 6 p.m.; Holy Smokes Duo, 7–10 p.m.

Saturday, October 3: Gate opens at 7 a.m.; trail rides at 8, 9 and 10 a.m.; lunch provided at noon; live auction at 1 p.m., followed by Mexican horse dance; afternoon ride at 3 p.m.; Reese Horton, 4:30–6:30 p.m.; food available for donation at 5:30 p.m.; Tyler Coker and The Night Shift, 7–10 p.m.

Additional activities include horseshoes, wagon rides, a 50/50 cash raffle, a portable barn raffle, St. Jude T-shirt sales, and a silent auction. Bring a lawn chair.

Primitive camping is available Friday through Sunday. Wagons are welcome. Coggins and a waiver are required to ride; the flyer advertises eight miles of trails.

Portable building raffle: A 12-by-16 building donated by Fawcett Lumber and Old School Barns. Tickets are $25 each or five for $100; presence is not required to win. These prices are for raffle tickets, not event admission.
