Child support office warns of trouble reaching automated phone system

The child support office said clients may have difficulty reaching its automated phone system because of extremely high call volume, the office said.

Some callers are reportedly unable to connect to the interactive voice response system, the office said.

The office advised clients who cannot connect right away to try calling again later when call volume may be lighter, the office said.

The office thanked clients for their patience as staff work to serve them as quickly as possible, the office said.
