Cluster of storms to reach Mid-South in one to two hours; hail main threat

A cluster of storms over southwest Arkansas is expected to reach the Mid-South in the next one to two hours, forecasters said.

Forecasters said the primary threat from the system at this time is large to very large hail.

They said they are monitoring the potential for the primary threat to shift from large hail to damaging winds later this evening.

Forecasters cautioned that conditions could change as the system moves and updates will be provided as new information becomes available, they said.
