Construction enters 39th week at Blue Mountain Christian University’s Center for Grace & Healing
Blue Mountain Christian University said construction on the Center for Grace & Healing entered its 39th week with several systems completed and new phases under way.
On the lower level, crews continued mechanical, electrical and plumbing overhead rough-in, completed fire suppression overhead rough-in and began in-wall MEP rough-in, the university said.
Work on the main level included continued fire suppression overhead rough-in. Exterior and interior cold-formed metal framing, exterior sheathing installation and exterior waterproofing also continued, according to the university’s update.
Crews began installing a thermoplastic olefin roof system. Foundation retaining wall backfill continued and installation of the site storm drain system began, the post said.
The university posted that “Great progress continues on the Center for Grace & Healing.”
