Construction Progress Continues at Blue Mountain Christian University Center
Construction at Blue Mountain Christian University’s Center for Grace & Healing has entered its 35th week, with ongoing work on multiple structural and interior elements, according to project updates.
Crews continued erecting structural steel while advancing the lower-level mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) overhead rough-ins. The same applies to fire suppression systems, which are also in progress at the lower level.
Exterior cold-formed metal framing and sheathing installation continued, alongside interior framing work. Nelson stud installation has been completed, and rebar and wire mesh are being installed for upcoming slab-on-deck pours. The pours themselves are ongoing, as is basement wall waterproofing, which has been finalized.
