Enhanced severe-storm risk expected across Mid-South Sunday, outlook says

The latest outlook places an enhanced risk, level 3 of 5, for severe storms across the Mid-South on Sunday, forecasters said.

A line of storms is expected to move into the region in the late afternoon to evening hours, the outlook said.

Forecasters said the primary concerns are damaging winds of 75 mph or higher and spin-up tornadoes.
