Jimmy W. Thrasher, 59, of Verona, was arrested March 13 and charged with one count of burglary of a commercial building, police said.
Officers responded Feb. 11 to 804 West Jackson Street, Romie’s, where business personnel reported that several items had been stolen from a storage unit, police said.
Police said the arrest followed further investigation. Tupelo Municipal Court Judge Weir ordered Thrasher held without bond on March 13, court records show.
The charges will be presented to the Lee County grand jury, police said.
