MDOT to hold virtual public meeting on statewide transit plan March 26

The Mississippi Department of Transportation will host a virtual public meeting Thursday, March 26, at 5 p.m. to present updates on its Statewide Transit Plan and Intercity Bus Study, MDOT said.

MDOT said the session will report back on public input collected during the planning process and outline findings related to transit and intercity bus service across the state.

MDOT said public feedback has helped shape the transit plans and encouraged residents to participate in the virtual meeting to review what the agency heard and learn about next steps.
