The Mississippi Department of Transportation said road closures will begin at 9 a.m. March 11 in Jackson County and are expected to last about six weeks.
MDOT said the closures will affect Old Highway 57 from Gautier Vancleave Road to Humphrey Road and Gautier Vancleave Road from Old Highway 57 to the Gautier Vancleave connector road to State Route 57.
Motorists should detour via the State Route 57 south frontage road and use the Gautier Vancleave connector road, MDOT said.
