Mississippi DOT asks public to weigh in on 10 proposed transportation solutions

The Mississippi Department of Transportation has narrowed a list of proposed statewide transportation solutions to 10 and is asking residents to provide feedback before a final study is completed, the agency said.

MDOT said it previously solicited public input on improvements to the state’s transportation network and is using the narrowed list to guide the final phase of the study.

Residents may complete a survey by April 17 to share their views, MDOT said. The agency posted a link to the survey: https://qr.codes/8aGyfz.

MDOT promoted the request on social media, using hashtags including #MShwys, #PublicTransit, #MDOTcares and #WorkingForYou, the agency said.
