The Mississippi Department of Human Services announced that its state office and county offices in central and southern Mississippi will operate from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Jan. 26.
All county offices in those regions that are not closed by order of the County Board of Supervisors will be open during that time, according to MDHS.
Officials advised residents to check the department’s website for updates on office closures related to weather conditions at https://www.mdhs.ms.gov/weather-updates-office-closures/.
