Mississippi officials provide update on winter storm response
Mississippi Department of Transportation Executive Director Brad White joined Gov. Tate Reeves on Thursday to discuss the state’s response to ongoing winter weather conditions.
Reeves provided an update on efforts to clear roads, assist stranded motorists, and ensure public safety amid the winter storm that has affected much of the state.
Officials emphasized the importance of preparedness and urged residents to stay off roads unless necessary. State agencies continue to monitor weather conditions and coordinate with local officials to manage the storm’s impact.
