Mississippi State Auditor Shad White visited Corinth High School to speak with students about the responsibilities of the State Auditor’s Office, according to a news release from the office.
During the visit, White also discussed college football, engaging students with a lighter topic alongside government accountability.
The visit aimed to educate students about government transparency and encourage interest in public service careers, the release stated.
White expressed appreciation for the opportunity to meet with students and share insights about his role as state auditor.
