Mobile Mississippi driver’s license unit stops in Pascagoula

PASCAGOULA, Miss. — The Mobile Mississippi driver’s license unit made a stop in Pascagoula to offer residents a convenient way to update driver’s licenses and identification cards, WXXV reported.

The unit set up shop at the Win Job Center, WXXV said.

WXXV reported attendees welcomed the service, calling it like a “pop-up shop” for driver’s licenses and saying it made renewals more convenient.

The station said communities interested in hosting the van can request a visit by emailing ContactDSB@dps.ms.gov. WXXV added that the mobile unit is intended to make updating IDs quick and easy.
