National Weather Service offers free Weather101 spring classes

The National Weather Service said its Weather101 spring classes are in full swing and will continue this week.

The one-hour sessions are free and open to everyone, the agency said.

The agency said the program provides deeper looks at meteorology topics for people who want to go more in depth.
