Nontraditional Student Excels in Northeast HVAC Program, College Says

Anthony Linton, a nontraditional student originally from Chicago, is enrolled in Northeast’s HVAC program and is a member of the Honors Institute and Phi Theta Kappa, a Northeast social media post said.

The post said Linton came to Northeast through its Adult Education program and chose to return to school to challenge himself academically.

The social media post quoted Linton as advising others considering a return to school: “Never give up on yourself.”

The post said Linton’s story reflects the institution’s message that “No matter where you start, you can go further than you ever imagined.”
