Northeast Mississippi Community College Adult Education remains closed through Feb. 3
Northeast Mississippi Community College has announced that its adult education programs will remain closed through Tuesday, Feb. 3, due to ongoing weather-related issues.
The college cited power outages, limited water service, internet disruptions, and hazardous travel conditions affecting students and staff as reasons for the extended closure. The college will continue to monitor the situation and provide an update on Feb. 3.
The campus will stay open for faculty and students needing internet access or wishing to prepare for upcoming classes, college officials said. No additional closures have been announced at this time.
