The National Weather Service in Memphis, Tennessee, said there is a slight risk for severe hail this afternoon and evening, with hail up to the size of ping-pong balls and gusty winds up to 60 mph possible.
The agency said any thunderstorms could produce the large hail and the strong gusts.
The Weather Service posted a model interpretation of what radar returns could look like this evening.
The post included a model image and the hashtags #arwx, #mowx, #mswx and #tnwx, the agency said.
