Elizabeth Reid Behm, director of Ripley Main Street, visited the Mississippi State Capitol last week for Mississippi Main Street Association Day, the District 4 representative said.
The representative said they were able to visit while Behm attended the event at the Capitol.
The representative praised Behm’s work promoting Ripley through the Mississippi Main Street Association and Visit Ripley!, the representative said.
Seeing friendly, local faces at the Capitol is a big help during the legislative work week, the representative added.
