Ripley Main Street to host Shop Hop March 21

Ripley Main Street said it will hold a Shop Hop in downtown Ripley on Saturday, March 21, inviting residents to shop local, collect stamps and win prizes.

The organization said each stamp will count as an entry into its Main Street Moolah drawing. Shoppers who spend $75 or more at participating businesses will be entered for a chance to win a $1,000 gift basket, Ripley Main Street said.

Ripley Main Street said the Easter Bunny will make an appearance at MACS and Milli from 10 a.m. to noon on March 21.

As a bonus promotion, the organization said it will hide prize eggs around downtown on March 14. The hidden eggs will contain special discounts from local merchants, Ripley Main Street said. Organizers encouraged residents to bring friends and support local businesses.
