Ripley Water lifts boil water notice

Ripley Water announced Monday that the boil water notice issued earlier has been lifted. Customers can now resume normal use of tap water without boiling it first, according to the water utility.

The notice was originally issued after a water system issue prompted concerns about potential contamination. Officials conducted testing and determined the water is safe for consumption, prompting the lifting of the advisory.

Customers are advised to continue practicing normal water use and stay informed about future updates from Ripley Water authorities.
