Saltillo man arrested on four credit card fraud charges in Tupelo

Shannon Graham, 38, of Saltillo, was arrested and charged with four counts of credit card fraud after investigators traced unauthorized transactions to multiple locations in Tupelo, Tupelo Police said.

Tupelo Police said officers received a report on March 13, 2026, that a victim’s credit or debit card had been used without authorization.

During the investigation, police determined the card had been used at multiple locations throughout the city, Tupelo Police said. Tupelo Police said Graham was identified and arrested on April 2, 2026.

On April 3, 2026, Tupelo Municipal Court Judge Jay Weir ordered Graham held on a $10,000 bond, court records show. Tupelo Police said the charges will be presented to the Lee County grand jury.
