Showers, storms develop over Arkansas; severe threat low, KNQA says
As of 12:38 p.m., KNQA said showers and thunderstorms forecast for the day have begun developing over Arkansas.
The station said a messy line of showers and storms is moving into the area but is expected to break apart and become more isolated cells.
