Traffic delays expected on West College and East Church streets Sunday

A traffic advisory said motorists should use caution on West College Street from U.S. 45 to South Second Street beginning at 7 a.m. Sunday.

The advisory said crews will be working to clear storm debris and that delays may occur on East Church Street later in the afternoon.
